Kintamani - This semi-washed cup has dark chocolate and honey flavors. Very smooth, low acidity, and the aroma is amazing, changing as it cools.
Cefecauca Organic - This is an organic, washed, Colombian bean. This bean has milk chocolate and almond flavors with just a hint of citrus at the end to brighten up the cup. Great espresso base for milk drinks or just a classic cup of drip/pour over coffee. This cup produces a big aroma, just what you are looking for in the morning..
Colombia Finca Monteblanco Purple Caturra Blueberry Washed Co-Ferment - shew that's a lot of name... All that really means is bright, blueberry fruit bomb. I had one taster say it reminded them of grape soda. A fun bean that tastes great in every preparation I have tried. Pour-over and cold brew are probably my favorites.
Coconut/Mango co-ferment - This is a high intervention carbonic maceration honey process coffee. From Quindío, Colombia, produced by Pedro Nel Salazar. Serious coconut aroma, but I have never smelled or tasted any hints of mango. I have been enjoying this bean for several weeks now and playing with multiple brew methods. So far my favorites are velvety rich espresso shots or pour-over onto ice. My standby French press cold brew method really muted the flavors too much. Special summer treat.

Peru Cecanor - Swiss Water Processing; means no chemicals used to remove the caffeine content and this fair-trade bean is certified organic. We roast our decaf a little darker than our other beans. Has malt and cocoa flavors that lead a smooth cup of coffee. Enjoy!
Guji Danbi - This naturally processed bean has the traditional, muted fruitiness of an Ethiopian bean. Light and bright with a clean aftertaste. We have been overdosing slightly to bring out the fruitiness in a pour-over preparation. Great for drip and espresso too.
