All bags of freshly roasted coffee beans are sold as 16oz/1lb by weight unless specifically stated otherwise
Kintamani - Just in time for the holiday season. A great cold weather bean. This semi-washed cup has dark chocolate and honey flavors. Very smooth, low acidity, and the aroma is amazing, changing as it cools.
Mexico La Laja Honey - This honey processed bean from Mexico brews a cup that is slightly sweet, maybe some orange essence, and is buttery smooth and creamy. Only a few pounds of this available, as it was a special purchase for a recent Northwoods canoe trip.
A new washed organic. Finally received confirmation it is on its way. Follow us on Instagram for the latest updates.
Cordillera de Fuego - This anaerobic processed bean makes a super smooth, low acidity, very complex cup of coffee. Slightly sweet and I think I taste/smell a slight cinnamon flavor. Not sharp cinnamon, but rather very mellow. This coffee scored an 88.5 cup score and it really shines.
Mexico Veracruz - Swiss Water Processing; means no chemicals used to remove the caffeine content. We roast our decaf a little darker than our other beans. Has a milk chocolate and brown sugar flavor with just a hint of citrus that really gives this bean a bright and clean finish. A good cup of decaf even for the die hard non-decaf drinkers.
Organic Guji Baku Sayisa - Bright, fruity, sweet. Due to its higher elevation, the Guji region is known for its sweet, fruit bomb bean profiles. Roasted light so the natural bean flavor really shines. Very light blueberry, but more heavily melon flavors. Pour-over has been my go to preparation method. This bean received an 88.5 cup score, showing that although it is fruity sweet, it also has great balance of flavor and acidity.
Santa Elena from Walter Argueta - Great daily cup. Chuggable, smooth, easy finish. Light citrus acidity with honey caramel sweetness. Prepare any way you want. Makes a great espresso that pairs well with milk. Enjoy.

Light, bright, crisp, and smells amazing. A great way to start the day.
This is a blend of speciality grade beans specifically designed to shine in a cold-brew preparation. Smooth, but still has enough flavor and body to know you are drinking coffee
