These products are produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. This product may contain unknown allergens. All beans have been inspected for quality assurance. While every effort has been made to keep separate organic and non-organic and regular versus decaf products, they are all roasted and processed on the same machines. (See FAQs about organic vs non-organic.)
We are real, normal, people hiding on the other side of the inter-webs from you and live regular lives outside of roasting your perfect bean. We occasionally will need a couple days to get your order roasted and shipped. If we anticipate more than a 72 hour roasting delay we will notify you and give give you the option to cancel your order.
Coffee is personal. We will not claim to have every possible favorite bean or roast out there. We focus on the beans we have come to enjoy and roasting them to achieve the best possible flavors and aromas. In the end we want you to enjoy your cup. While we feel we can meet that challenge if given the chance, sometimes it just does not work out. This policy is for those times.
